Refund & Returns Policy

Hillcrest Nutrition Ltd wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Returns Policy sets out your rights and our procedures for returns, cancellations, and refunds in relation to Slim Coffee Booster orders placed via https://wildernesswrist.world/.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are protected under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Your right to cancel - 14-day cooling-off period

As a consumer purchasing goods at a distance (online), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

You do not need to give a reason for cancellation. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You may do so by:

We will send you an acknowledgement of your cancellation without undue delay.

2. Returning goods

If you cancel your order, you must return the goods to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 calendar days after the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise.

Goods must be returned:

• In their original, unopened condition and original packaging, unless the goods were faulty or not as described.
• With any free items or promotional materials supplied with the order.
• Using a tracked and insured postal or courier service - we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Exceptions to the right to cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to:

• Goods that have been opened or unsealed after delivery where such goods are, for health protection or hygiene reasons, unsuitable for return (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Regulation 28(3)(b)). Food supplements that have been opened fall within this exception.
• Custom or personalised orders.

This means we can only accept returns of unopened, sealed Slim Coffee Booster boxes within the 14-day period.

4. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days of either:

• Receiving the returned goods, or
• You providing evidence that the goods have been returned (whichever is earlier).

We will refund the full purchase price of the goods using the same payment method you used to place the order. We may deduct an amount for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Standard delivery charges paid at the time of order are refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the goods were faulty or not as described.

5. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods

If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@wildernesswrist.world and we will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return postage.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected: goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a fault becomes apparent within six months of delivery, the burden is on us to demonstrate the goods were not faulty at the time of sale.

6. Delivery and payment on delivery

Where payment on delivery is selected, payment is made to the courier at the point of delivery. If you refuse delivery or the courier is unable to deliver, return postage costs may be deducted from any refund. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at the time of ordering.
